Structure and refinement in total balance make it a wine capable of elegantly expressing the identity of the land and the passing of time.

Vinification

Fermentation in concrete vats, 15 days maceration on the skins. Aging in small wooden barrels for 24 months and in the bottle for 8 months.

Tasting notes

Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Spicy notes and ripe fruit on the nose. Soft and persistent palate.

Pairings

Stewed game, Florentine steak, stewed veal.
